Champion fixes, Megaton buffs, anti laugh robots

Humans

• Engineer

  • Added:
    • Texas Shoot Pay To Win Taunt now deals 550% more damage.
      • It now does the same taunt damage as other taunts using 4 second startup

• Champion

  • Changed:
    • Glitter effect are now attached to the crown and not the player
      • This should reduce the amount of glitter certain loadouts caused, since the glitter would apply to multiple weapons with certain unusual slots
    • Deadringer spies no longer convince the champion system of their fake death
    • Champion is in the field as the robot human balance changes

Robots

• Robot Health

  • Added:
    • Health lost carries over to next robot by percentage instead of set amount
      • Previously the hp you had carried over to the next robot you switched to. Now the % will carry over instead. The reason for this is to prevent defensive reload full health abuse

• Rust Repair, Dr Crossbowcop

  • Added:
    • On Hit: Removes laughter state from laughing robots

• Hardcounter

  • Changed:
    • Is now immune to tickles again

• Megatonr

  • Added:
    • On Teammate death: Heal for a TOTAL MAX HP / (4 * ROBOTS) of current max health within 1 second
      • This makes the MAX HP on hit actually do something, as you can continue to stack this througout the game. And it synergizes for weaker robots who die more. If more than 1 robot dies within 1 second, you only get the heal once.
  • Removed:
    • Player Health scaling
      • Since this robot now scales on his own, he doesn't need additional health scaling. probably

• EXEcutioner

  • Added:
    • Mouse2 now fires cleavers dealing 125 damage. Does not apply bleed
      • Cleaver has less velocity than scout cleaver
        • Velocity is 1100, a scout cleaver has 3000
  • Changed:
    • Reduced movespeed penalty from -35% to -20% slower

• Hard Counter

  • Changed:
    • Faster move speed bonus from 15% faster to -15% slower

• Terminator

  • Changed:
    • Reduced hp on kill from 80 to 50 per human
    • Rediced uber duration from 4 to 2 seconds
