Melee bots airblast resistance nerf

• Robo-Knight, Centurion, Volcanyro, Flycharger, Sultan, Black Knight

  • Changed:
    • Changed airblast vulnerability from -40% to +15%

• Flycharger

  • Changed:
    • Increased move speed penalty from -5% to -15% slower

• Black Knight

  • Changed:
    • Reduced move speed bonus from +15% faster to -5% slower

• Boxing Champ

  • Changed:
    • Updated description to mention the lower airblast resist
      • To keep in line with the theme of heavies having high airblast resist, with how the other bots are changed, this should be focused on

• These changes are aimed at making the melee bots less oppressive at certain player counts, having to rely on 2 pyros working together to chain airblast just isn't feasible in a real game. We will see how this change plays out and adjust their power accordingly
